CreekSide Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC, better known as CreekSide Counseling Services; is a privately owned mental health counseling practice based in Oswego, NY.  CreekSide Counseling Services opened on May 28, 2010 by Dr. Jody Fiorini, a licensed mental health counselor and approved clinical supervisor. She started with a very small staff and has grown to accommodate the mental health needs in central New York. As of January 2nd 2019 John M. Randall, LMHC, CASAC purchased the agency and is now the operating owner.

CreekSide Counseling Services serves clients’ needs in every way possible.  With a staff of licensed professionals the individual needs of each client can be met. Each member of the staff has their own specializations, however, all are qualified to handle issues with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders,  panic, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, coping with disability, life transitions, divorce and separation, sexual orientation, LGBTQ+ issues, and other relationship issues. The staff at CreekSide Counseling Services constantly educates themselves on the most beneficial and highly accepted treatment practices.

Services

CreekSide offers Individual counseling to all who wish to work on themselves. We utilize many therapy modalities as we believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. EMDR therapy is offered on a limited basis. Call for more information.

CreekSide knows that life doesn't happen in a bubble. We are happy to work with you as a family, and on personal relationships. We are happy to work with any relationship dynamics you may want to address.

Family and Couples Counseling
Trauma Counseling

Trauma counseling can help you cope with past and present trauma. Trauma is defined as any event that causes emotional or psychological harm. This can be a one time event or reoccurring.
